2009-2010 TRYOUT INFORMATION (UPDATED)
Student Athlete Liability Waiver
The cheerleading team will cheer at all home men’s and women’s basketball games, select away games, and other campus and community events.
The 2009-2010 FGCU cheerleaders will practice Tuesdays from 12:30-2:30PM, Thursdays from 5:30-8:30PM and Fridays from 12:30-2:30PM. If you are planning to tryout, your class schedule must not conflict with these times. Keep in mind that basketball games fall on various weeknights as well as weekends. If possible, night classes should be avoided.
UPDATE: THE PHYSICAL REQUIRED FOR TRYOUTS MUST BE DATED WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS (after 2/28/09)
THERE WILL BE AN INFORMATIONAL MEETING ON AUGUST 24 AT 7:30PM IN THE STUDENT UNION ROOM 213.
The team is non competitive. Members are required to be full-time FGCU students and maintain a 2.0 GPA. No scholarships are available at this time.
