Antoinette Biffar joined FGCU in October, 2011 as the Assistant Business Manager, after serving two years as intern to the athletics business office. She reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Internal Affairs and does most day-to-day processing within the business office. She has also broadened her scope of responsibility by having an increased role in corporate sponsorship and fundraising efforts and events. Antoinette's day-to-day duties include budget analysis and reporting, accounts payable, expense reimbursement, and travel reconciliation.
Biffar was a member of the inaugural cross country program, from 2002 to 2006, and has been involved with FGCU Athletics, to different extents, ever since. Prior to her business responsibilities, she served as a volunteer assistant to Head Cross Country coach Cassandra Goodson from 2008-2012 aiding in an operations capacity with team travel and logistics.
She has obtained two degrees from FGCU with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training (2006) and Bachelor of Science in Finance (2009). She is also currenlty working towards her MBA, at FGCU. Antoinette is currently an active member of CABMA (College Athletics Business Management Association), and was one of five recipients of the 2013 Borden Perlman Scholarship as a first-time attendee to the CABMA Convention in Orlando.
As a native of upstate New York, Biffar currently resides in Cape Coral with her husband, John, and two young children, Cayden and Kenley.
