Trish Blankenship joined the Florida Gulf Coast University staff in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. Prior to FGCU, Trish worked at Florida Atlantic University. Along with administrative experience, she worked with development, marketing, and sales for FAU. Blankenship also assisted with special events, football tailgates, golf tournaments, and auctions. The largest project that she participated in was the RFP process for “Innovation Village” scheduled to break ground summer of 2010.

Prior to joining FAU, Trish pursued photography, directed several camps, volunteered and coached with the Soccer Association of Boca Raton and local YMCA’s. She also volunteered with her children’s schools in the classroom, the PTA, and several cancer awareness groups (American Cancer Society, and Susan G. Komen).

A native of Bristol, Rhode Island, Trish attended Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL where she earned a degree in Business Administration.

She is married to Jim Blankenship, and has two children, Jordan (17), and Justin (15).
