He obtained his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sport Management in 2010 from Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, with minors in Business Management and Athletic Coaching. In 2012, Boveington acquired his Masters of Business Administration with a Leadership Concentration from Defiance College in Defiance, Ohio.
While working towards his Bachelors at Baldwin Wallace, Boveington worked as a Student Ambassador Representative and Student-Athlete Services Intern. During his time at Defiance, Brian served as an Athletic Administration Graduate Assistant and a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Advisor to gain more experience in his field.
