Eagles' Baseball Ranked 4th in the South Region

FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Florida Gulf Coast University baseball team is ranked 4th in the latest NCAA Division II Regional Poll. The Eagles 37-14 overall, and 29-12 in the region move pass Lynn to take the fourth spot in the South Region.
Tampa, last season’s D II National Champion, holds the No. 1 spot, followed by Tusculum, Carson-Newman, Florida Gulf Coast, Lynn, Florida Southern, Florida Tech, and Catawba.
The Eagles look to continue their five game win streak Thursday at 6:00 pm, and Friday at 12:00 pm when they travel to Albany, Ga. to face Albany State University.
