Junior – Appeared in 38 games, making 32 starts at catcher…Hit .308 and drove in 20 runs and scoring 24…Picked up 36 hits and was a perfect 4-for-4 stealing bases…Had eight multi-hit games… Threw out 17 of 29 runners attempting to steal a base... Had one of his best games as an Eagle in the opening game of the regional, going 4-for-5 with a double and a pair of RBI.
Sophomore - Named to 2006 Independents Collegiate Athletic Association Honorable Mention...Started 55 games at catcher taking over for the injured Jason Cooper...Hit .309 with 55 hits and 32 RBI...Third on the team with 15 doubles...Hit three homers and one triple...Only committed five errors behind the plate all year...Finished with .988 fielding percentage...Threw out 22 runners attempting to steal a base and picked off 11...Stole four bases of his own.
Freshman - Played in 43 games with 37 starts while hitting .265...Graig scored 44 runs and had a .992 fielding percentage.
Prior to FGCU - Played at Venice High for coach Craig Faulkner...Third-team all-state and first-team all-area as a senior...Two-year Defensive Player of Year at Venice...named team Most Valuable Player as junior and team Defensive Player as junior and senior...Played on Indians first-ever final four team in 2001.
Personal - Majoring in Health Science...Favorite sport moment is when he hit a double to tie the game in the 6th inning against Lynn in the first round of the 2006 regional playoffs...Favorite athlete is Alex Rodriguez...Favorite sport to watch is baseball...Favorite sport movie is the Sandlot...Favorite book is Moneyball...One thing that no one knows about him is that he was born in New York...His career aspiration is to be successful.
