As A Senior (2011)
Made the early transition from reliever to starter … named to the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Watch List prior to the season … appeared in 18 games, making eight starts … tied for the team lead with five wins (5-3), including a 4-1 mark in Atlantic Sun contests … ranked third on the team with ERA of 4.34 … struck 53 batters while only walking 21 to sport a solid 2.5 strikeout/walk ratio … second on the team in strikeouts … went five or more innings in seven of eight starts … struck out five or more on four occasions … went five strong innings in first start of the season, giving up one earned run with five strikeouts in a no-decision against Central Michigan (Feb. 19) … struck out six over five innings in a win at UNF (Mar. 4) … followed with a season-best seven strikeouts over a six-inning no-decision during a 16-inning victory at Mercer (Mar. 13) … improved to 2-1 in next outing, going a career-best seven innings, striking out six while allow just five hits and one earned run against Campbell (Mar. 19) … injury forced him to come out of the pen where he didn’t allow an earned run over 11.2 innings during eight relief appearances … earned two wins during the streak, going four scoreless innings at FAU (Apr. 5) and 3.2 scoreless at Kennesaw State (Apr. 17) … started the final game of the last two A-Sun weekends … went six innings in the season finale to pick up his fifth win of the season on senior day against Lipscomb (May 21).
As A Junior (2010)
Made team-high 25 appearances including two starts … finished with team-best and single-season record nine saves to go along with a 1-3 record … nine saves ranked second in the Atlantic Sun … struck out 28 batters faced, recording at least one strikeout in 16 games … held an ERA of 4.24, which was the second-lowest on the team … earned victory over Oklahoma State (Mar. 31) throwing one scoreless inning … broke the single-season record for saves in a 10-9 win at USF (Apr. 27) … earned eighth save of the year against No. 23 Clemson … his three losses came at the hands of FIU (Mar. 16), FAU (Apr. 20) and No. 9 Miami (May 18) … had a season-best four strikeouts in relief against Campbell (April 10) … helped the Eagles claim all 10 A-Sun Conference series on the season and secure their third consecutive A-Sun regular season title.
