Played in 59 games, starting 57 at shortstop ... Led the Big South with 186 assists and ranked sixth in the league by fielding 35 double plays ... Had seven games with six assists ... Tied for fifth in the Big South with 11 sacrifice bunts ... While he had only 37 hits for the season, he had 10 extra-base hits (nine doubles and a triple) ... Had a breakout game in the second Michigan win (3/17), going 2-for-3 with an RBI double and two runs scored ... Also drew a walk in the win ... Had an RBI double in the sixth inning as CCU would turn an 8-3 deficit to a 12-8 win over Albany (3/25) in the final three innings ... Was clutch in the final Albany win, going 2-for-2 with two RBI and two walks ... Had an RBI single in the third to tie the game at 1-1 ... In the fourth, delivered a two-run single, which proved to be the game winner ... Ended the season by getting a hit in 13 of his last 18 games and reaching base safely in 16 of his last 18 ... Was very productive in the NCAA Columbia Regional, batting .400 (4-for-10), including 2-for-4 with an RBI in the first Clemson game, 1-for-2 with a walk and hit by pitch versus Manhattan and 1-for-4 with a run scored in the second Clemson game.
