Started all 58 contests on the year in the outfield … finished the season with a .323 batting average to go with a .556 slugging percentage … was fourth on the team with 52 RBI, while also adding 52 runs scored … held a team-best six triples and was third on the team with nine home runs … had a .397 on-base percentage while adding 13 walks and 15 hit-by-pitches … with a .984 fielding percentage, he tallied 118 putouts … recorded at least one run scored in eight-straight games beginning at Oklahoma State (Mar. 31) and ending at Campbell (April 10) … had a season-best 12-game hit streak starting at Stetson (Mar. 20) and concluding at Campbell (April 9) … started a four-game streak with at least one RBI at Wichita State (Mar. 5) and ending with a season-best 5 RBI at USC Upstate (Mar. 12) … hit round-trippers in back-to-back games against Mercer (April 2-3) and at Lipscomb (April 17-18) … also recorded triples in back-to-back contests at Oklahoma State (Mar. 31) and against Mercer (April 2) … helped the Eagles claim all 10 A-Sun Conference series on the season and secure their third consecutive A-Sun regular season title.

High School: A two-sport star at Gainesville High School, competing in both football and baseball…posted a remarkable 18-2 record on the mound in his high school career…was named a second team All-American by Rawlings, earned fi rst team All-State honors and was a fi rst team All-Region honoree in the state of Florida as a senior…received MVP and Pitcher of the Year accolades as a senior after posting a 10-0 mark and hitting .478 with 19 doubles…batted .485 as a junior and was also 6-2 with 107 strikeouts on the hill en route to claiming MVP honors and second team All-State recognition…earned Gatorade Rookie of the Year honors, was named ESPN Athlete of the Week twice and earned a spot on the All-State third team as a sophomore…also that season was given his football team’s leadership award and was named Offensive Player of the Year…member of the Key Club and a three-year honor roll student.
