Put together a 4-0 record and team-low 3.26 ERA through 18 appearances … made 17 appearances out of the pen, being used primarily as a middle reliever …had one save … struck out 25 and walked just nine over 38.2 innings … didn’t walk a batter in his first eight outings en route to finishing with a 2.8 strikeout/walk ratio … recorded multiple strikeouts in seven relief outings … allowed one run or less in 15 appearances … limited right-handed batters to a .236 average (25-106) … went two or more innings in 10 relief outings … made the first start of his career on a Friday night against Stetson (May 6), striking out four in 3.2 innings … best outing came against Campbell (Mar. 19) when he tossed 4.2 scoreless frames while striking out five and allowing just one hit in a win … second win came against Le Moyne (Apr. 24) with 2.2 scoreless innings … pitched twice during series at Belmont (May 13-15), picking up the victory in the series opener … had a win and a save during three-game sweep of Lipscomb (May 19-21) … gave up just one hit while striking out three over three middle innings against the Bisons to improve to 4-0 … closed out the final game of the season with three scoreless innings and three strikeouts against Lipscomb to earn the save.

Made 11 relief appearances … worked 10.1 innings with a 0-1 record, one save and 13.06 ERA … struck out the only batter he faced to close out a 7-4 win over Sacred Heart (Feb. 27) and earn the save … had eight strikeouts … struck out at least one batter in six of 11 appearances … made relief appearances against five BCS programs (Clemson, Florida, Michigan, Oklahoma State, USF).
