After a two-week break from competition, the FGCU women’s tennis team continues action of the regular season playing host to Troy on Sunday at 2 p.m. Due to the sold-out men’s basketball Atlantic Sun Championship final, Sunday’s match will be played at the Three Oaks Tennis Center.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- As it begins the quest for a second Atlantic Sun Championship, the FGCU softball team will start conference play this weekend at Lipscomb University. The Eagles will play a three-game series in Nashville with a double header on Saturday, March 8 and a single game on Sunday, March 9. First pitch on both days is slated for 2 p.m. EST.

Ending the 2013-14 regular season sitting at No. 44 in the CollegeSwimming.com Top 50, the FGCU swimming & diving team will be represented at the NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Championship for the third-straight year as a record-setting two Eagles were named to the list of qualified swimmers, announced by the NCAA on Wednesday. Selected to compete for the third year in a row is Emma Svensson, joined by team-newcomer Kira Toussaint.
