As a Senior (2012-13)
Appeared in 36 games with three starts … became FGCU’s all-time leader in games played with action in 121 contests through four years … turned in the No. 9 play on SportsCenter’s Top 10 on Feb. 22 … played a season-high 31 minutes off the bench in the NCAA Tournament win over Georgetown … scored 7-of-9 points in the second half, which included two dunks in the ‘Dunk City’ coming out game against Georgetown … recorded a season high 10 points after going 5-for-5 from the floor against UNF on Jan. 31 … brought down a season high nine rebounds against Kennesaw State on Mar. 2.
Bahamas Summer of Thunder Tour (Summer of 2012)
Averaged 7.3 points and 8.7 rebounds during the 3-0 foreign tour … second on the team in rebounds, including 10 offensive caroms … grabbed 18 rebounds against the Mailboat Cybots (Aug. 9), the most by a player during the trip … made 9-of-16 from the floor … had eight points during 18-rebound performance that included six offensive boards … reached double figures in final game against the Grand Bahamas All-Stars with 12 points on 4-of-5 from the field and a perfect 4-of-4 at the free throw line.
As A Redshirt Junior (2011-12)
Had the best season of his career under first-year head coach Andy Enfield … posted career-highs in every statistical category over 32 games, including 21 starts … averaged 6.5 points and 3.9 rebounds with 30 blocks … ranked 12th in the A-Sun in blocks per game (0.9) … shot a solid 59 percent (77-131) from the floor over 22.3 minutes per contest … shot 70 percent from the free throw line, reaching the charity stripe 70 times compared to 30 in the previous two seasons … scored in double figures seven times and recorded one double-double … led the team in rebounding in eight games … second on the team with 45 offensive rebounds, grabbing at least one in 24 of 32 contests and two or more 10 times … made his first start of the season at Loyola Maryland (Nov. 27), going for 11 points and eight rebounds … turned in the best game of his career in a win over Toledo (Dec. 22), finishing with 11 points and a career-high 14 rebounds over 36 minutes … team season-high 14 rebounds included five offensive boards … scored in double-digits in back-to-back games for the first time his career at Kennesaw State (Jan. 4) and against UNF (Jan. 7) … went for 12 points in a win over the Owls and equaled his career-high of 13 points and six rebounds vs. UNF on 3-of-4 from the field and 6-of-8 from the free throw line … made 6-of-6 at the charity stripe against Mercer (Jan. 30) to finish with 12 points ... helped FGCU clinch its first-ever A-Sun Tournament berth with 10 points and six rebounds in a win over Lipscomb (Feb. 13) … grabbed seven rebounds in three straight games, starting with the final two regular season games and ending with the A-Sun Tournament quarterfinal win over third-seeded USC Upstate … added 10 points and two blocks against the Spartans in which he grabbed a career-high six offensive rebounds.
As A Redshirt Sophomore (2010-11)
Saw time in 24 games … set season-highs of four points and three rebounds in season opener at Indiana (Nov. 12, 2010) … averaged 0.5 points and 0.4 rebounds per game … knocked down 1-of-2 from three-point land … had a block in three games … came off the bench to play double figure minutes twice … had a dunk at No. 2 Ohio State (Dec. 15, 2010).
As A Redshirt Freshman (2009-10)
Played in all 29 games, making four starts in Atlantic Sun play … averaged 3.0 points and 1.6 rebounds in just over 11 minutes per game … scored in double figures twice … one of two players to shoot 50 percent (32-64) or better from the floor … shot 50 percent or better in 12 games … made 13 of his last 14 free throws to close the year … also had 12 blocked shots and 11 steals … second on the team with a 77 percent (20-26) clip from the free throw line … sank four three-pointers … had three multi-block games … scored a season-high 11 points on a perfect 4-of-4 from the floor and had three steals in just 10 minutes at N.C. Central (Dec. 16) … had six points in a season-best 25 minutes at East Tennessee State (Jan. 16) … went 4-for-6 for 10 points at Jacksonville (Feb. 11) … grabbed a season-best five rebounds against Lipscomb (Feb. 18).
Prepped at Bishop Verot under Head Coach Matt Herting … led Bishop Verot to a District championship ... averaged 8.0 points per game while pulling down 5.3 rebounds ... won numerous dunk contests while at Bishop Verot, including the State All-Star Game dunk contest … participated in the Lee vs. Dade County All-Star game as well as the East vs. West Florida All-Star Game.
