Summer Of 2010
Traveled to China with Team Sports Reach, a Christian Sports Ministry that was founded in 1986 … played five games against college teams and Pro B squads … averaged 23.8 points and 9.6 rebounds per game while shooting 74 percent (54-73) from the field … played with FGCU teammate Hunter Miller.
As A Freshman (2009-10)
Turned in one of the best freshman campaigns in program history … became just the second player in FGCU history to be named the Atlantic Sun All-Rookie team ... only player to start all 29 games … averaged team-highs of 12.9 points and 6.6 rebounds per game, figures that ranked 11th and eighth in the A-Sun, respectively … ranked among the A-Sun leaders in five different categories … first player in program history to grab 100 offensive rebounds in a season … .567 field goal percentage was good for fifth all-time in program history and ranked third in the A-Sun … played a team-best 27.9 minutes per game, including 30 or more minutes in 12 games … upped his averages to 13.6 points and 6.9 rebounds over 20 A-Sun games … reached double figures in 15 conference contests … led the team in scoring 11 times, rebounding on 14 occasions and both in the same game four times … scored in double figures 21 times, highlighted by four 20-point efforts … also corralled a team-high five double-doubles … grabbed an offensive rebound in 28 of 29 games, including five or more in a contest on nine occasions …also ranked second on the team with 24 blocks and tied for third with 28 steals … turned in seven multi-block and seven multi-steal games … reached double figures in six of the first eight games … capped the opening eight games with 21 points on 9-of-15 from the field and seven rebounds at USC Upstate (Dec. 14) … picked up first career double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, including six offensive, during a win over BIG EAST foe DePaul (Dec. 22) … averaged 13.7 points and 7.4 rebounds in January (10 games) … turned in a gutsy effort against Jacksonville (Jan. 10), going for 14 points and 12 rebounds, highlighted by a career-high nine on the offensive end … equaled season-high of 12 rebounds two games later at ETSU (Jan. 16), including seven offensive caroms, and added 15 points for third double-double … had 21 offensive rebounds over a three-game stretch against Jacksonville, Campbell (Jan. 14) and ETSU … scored 18 points and 12 points, respectively, against Kennesaw State (Jan. 22) and Mercer (Jan. 24) … posted team-highs of 21 points and 10 rebounds during a win over Stetson (Jan. 27) … missed putting together second straight double-double with 13 points and nine boards at Kennesaw State (Jan. 30) … went 9-of-15 from the field en route to 23 points and 10 rebounds, including seven offensive, at Mercer (Feb. 1) … scored a season-high 24 points on 11-of-15 from the field at Jacksonville (Feb. 11).
