Sophomore: Dustin Kapper turned in a solid year for the eagles. At the Gator Invitational, he was the third eagle to cross the finish line while posting a 29:38.04. He posted his personal best, 29:03.21, at the Stetson Hatter Invitational and was honored by being choosing to the A-Sun All Academic team for 2007.

Freshman: First season with the Eagles…Best finish of the season was a 23rd at the Stetson Invitational…Finished 56th at the NCAA Division II Regional Championship with a time of 35:10 (10K)…With a time of 18:58 (5K) placed 36th in the Nova Southeastern Shark Invitational…Gator Invitational ran a 28:54 (8K).

Prep: Attended Seminole High School…Holds personal best times of 4:36 in the mile and 9:58 in the two mile run…As a senior, helped lead his team to a second place finish in the Florida state finals…Helped team to a perfect county dual meet, as he and his four teammates recorded the Top 5 times in the event… Named Most Valuable Runner senior year…Earned the Pinellas County Athletic Conference Cross Country Award in both junior and senior season.

Personal: Hometown is Seminole, Florida…Son of Thomas and Yvonne Kapper…Majoring in Biology…Loves to watch basketball…Thankful for having a good family.
