Eagles dominate in FGCU/Grandezza Invitational

Estero, FL - The FGCU men's golf team entered two teams in this year's FGCU/Grandezza Invitational, and dominated as every player on both teams finished in the top ten.

Ryan Michals captured his first tournament championship as he shot a 66-71-67-204. Michals set a course record by firing the 66 at Grandezza.

The FGCU second team won the tournament over the FGCU first team by three strokes (843-846).

Senior Adam Gary finished second overall by shotting a 69-69-70-208.

Jake Pasch finshed third just one stroke behind of Gary, while Joey Lamielle finished fourth three back of Pasch.

Illinois State finished third overall, while Nova Southeastern finished fourth.

Eckerd College finished fifth, and Barry rounded the field out in sixth.
