The FGCU men's golf team got out to a nice start Monday as all five Eagles are currently in the top 11 of the seven team field.
Joey Lamielle is leading the tournament as he is currently -1 under par.
David Steele is in contention as he is currently in second place firing a 70 and 76 +2 over par today.
Allister Monro is close behind as he is tied for third at +3 over par.
Chris Trout (tied for 8th) and Justin McCarraher (tied for 11th) are only 6 and 9 shots back, as they look to improve going into the final day.
