Eagles Finish Third at Aggie Invitational in El Macero, California

The FGCU Men's Golf Team finished third out of sixteen teams Tuesday at the Aggie Invitational.
The Eagles finished with a +19 over score as they shot a 288, 298, and 297 over three rounds.
Justin McCarraher led the way for the Eagles, finishing tied for 15th place. McCarraher shot a +5 over as he went 72, 75, and 74 over three rounds.
Allister Munro finished tied for 18th as he shot a +6 over, one stroke behind McCarraher. Munro wnet 71, 77, and 74 over three rounds.
Joey Lamielle, who entered this tournament ranked in the top 20 in all NCAA Divisions, finished a dissapointing tie for 23rd (+7 over). Lamielle went 72, 76, and 75 over three rounds.
Chris Trout tied Lamielle for 23rd place, as he went 77, 72, and 74 over three rounds.
David Steele rounded out the Eagle scoring as he finished tied for 28th place (+8 over). Steele went 73, 75, and 76 over three rounds.
