Mizuno Savannah Intercollegiate Slated Next for Men's Golf

FORT MYERS, Fla. – After earning first place at their two previous tournaments, the FGCU men’s golf team will head to Savannah, Ga. for the Mizuno Savannah Intercollegiate Tournament. The tournament gets underway with an 8 a.m. shotgun start on Monday.

The Eagles will tee up with Armstrong Atlantic State, Davidson, East Carolina, Elon, Furman, Georgia College & State, Georgia Southern, Jacksonville, Kennesaw State, Old Dominion, Samford, Troy, Winthrop, and Wofford.

At the Mission Inn Intercollegiate Tournament, Junior Daniel Mazziotta (Fort Myers, Fla.) took first place honors and was matched with a first place finish from Senior Mike Hart (London, England) at the FGCU Eagle Invitational Tournament.

The Mizuno Savannah Intercollegiate will take place at the Savannah Quarters Country Club which is a par 72 course designed by Greg Norman.
