Graduate Assistant Coach
Tim Hogan is entering his second season as the goalkeeper coach for the Florida Gulf Coast University men’s soccer team.
Hogan comes to FGCU from Georgetown University, where he was the goalkeeper coach during the 2006 spring and fall seasons. In the fall of 2005, Hogan was a volunteer assistant at Goucher College in Towson, MD, while he also worked part-time with the Georgetown goalkeepers. He was also a goalkeeper coach for the Maryland Olympic Development Program in 2007.
Hogan is a 2004 graduate of Georgetown. He spent two years as the full-time starter for the Hoyas, appearing in 45 games and recording 10 shutouts.
He was also a member of the Richmond Kickers Future PDL team in 2002 and 2003.
Hogan trains the goalkeepers and assists in all facets of recruiting, scouting, development and training. He also coordinates travel, monitors student-athlete academics, organizes camps and oversees student-athlete community outreach programs.
Hogan is pursuing his Master of Arts degree in English at FGCU.
