Strong freshman campaign earned the newcomer a unanimous selection to the Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshmen team … received national attention with an honorable mention on Goal.com’s National All-Freshmen team ... named to preseason “Top 100 Freshman to Keep an Eye On” by College Soccer News … competed in all 18 matches with 17 starts … finished the season ranked second on the team with 12 points coming off six goals, including two game-winners … ranked eighth in the conference in goals scored … … established new program bests with nine shutouts and 13 victories …opened the year with a 2-1 win over No. 13 USF (Sept. 1) and later shutout No. 5 Ohio State (Sept. 18) … netted his first career goal in his collegiate debut to help FGCU to a 2-1 win over USF … found the back of the net for the game-winner over Ohio State … also scored against A-Sun foes Lipscomb (Oct. 1) and recorded game-winner against ETSU (Oct. 5) in a 5-0 rout … finished the year with back-to-back goals in league play over Jacksonville (Oct. 29) and UNF (Oct. 31) … led FGCU to an overall record of 13-3-2 and a perfect 9-0 A-Sun mark, outscoring league opposition 26-2 … instrumental in securing FGCU’s first A-Sun conference regular season championship … helped the Eagles to their first national ranking, landing as high as No. 19 and ending the year No. 20 according to Soccer America.
