Mark Dickson begins his second season as a volunteer assistant for the FGCU men’s tennis program.
Prior to FGCU, Dickson worked as a player development specialist, creating exciting and productive team practices, while coaching tour pros, NCAA D1 college players and the world #1 18-U junior. Dickson is associated with premier organizations and events, and is a recognized and respected name in the industry for his High Performance coaching skills.
In his professional playing days, Dickson was a Grand Slam quarterfinalist at the US Open and Australian Open, earned ATP Tour world rankings of #32 in singles, #23 in doubles and #12 in prize money.
Collegiately, Dickson was the ITA Senior College Player of the Year, a 3-time NCAA D1 All-American, a member of the Junior Davis Cup Team, with national rankings of #2 in singles, #5 in doubles and #7 as a team.
Dickson attended Clemson University for four years, as well as, completed many professional development courses, conferences and workshops.
