1. Sign onto AIM.
2. Right click on the Buddy Icon you would like to use and save it to your desktop.
3. In AIM…click “Edit” and select “Settings”.
4. In the “Expressions” tab, click “Browse” and select the Buddy Icon that is saved on your desktop and click “Open”.

Download Instructions for Mac’s
1. Sign onto iChat.
2. Click and drag the Buddy Icon you want onto your desktop.
3. Bring your arrow over the buddy icon at the top right of your buddy list. A down arrow will appear.
4. Click on the image and a block menu will appear labeled "Recent Picture".
5. Choose edit picture, drag the Buddy Icon into the box designated for the picture.
6. When you are satisfied, click "set." The picture will now be your buddy icon.
