ESPN.com women's basketball columnist Charlie Creme is officially on the FGCU Women's Basketball bandwagon. Creme states that many of the usual suspects will litter the top of the 2010-11 preseason rankings in November (UConn, Baylor, Stanford), but thinks that the Eagles are a team to keep an eye on.

Florida Gulf Coast University Head Women's Basketball Coach Karl Smesko has announced the signings of a pair of student-athletes to National Letters of Intent. Lerrin Cook and Nicoya Jackson will join the Eagle program for the 2010-11 season.
