JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – The final game of a three-game set between FGCU (24-9, 5-0 A-Sun) and ETSU has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the surrounding areas. The game will not be rescheduled due to conference rules.

The Eagles won the first two games on their series with the Bucs on Saturday, March 23 to clinch the series victory. FGCU won the first game 5-0 and took game two in eight innings by a score of 10-9. The pair of victories stretched the FGCU win streak to nine games with the Eagles outscoring opponents 65-42 over the span.

The Green and Blue will return home to the FGCU Softball Complex to face Lipscomb on Friday, March 29 in a doubleheader that is set to begin at 5 p.m. FGCU will look to continue its current 11-game home win streak that started back on February 23.
