Sophomore Emma Svensson (Upsala, Sweden/Celsiusskolan) of the FGCU swimming and diving team, has qualified to represent Sweden at the World University Games, held in Kazan, Russia on July 6-17, with the swimming portion taking place from July 10-16.

FGCU head swimming and diving coach and four-time CCSA Coach of the Year Neal Studd has announced the dates for his 2013 Swim Camps. Studd and his staff will hold three sessions: session 1: June 8 - June 13 Intensive Swim Camp, session 2: June 17 - June 21 for all campers, session 3: June 22 - June 23 for all campers at the FGCU Aquatic Center.

Sophomore Emma Svensson (Upsala, Sweden/Celsiusskolan) and senior Maegan Butler (Orangeburg, N.Y./Tappan Zee/FAU) of the FGCU swimming and diving team, has been named Coastal Collegiate Swimming Association (CCSA) Swimmer and Diver of the Year, respectively, announced by the league office Tuesday.
