Took home the prestigious Eagle Scholar Athlete award, the highest honor FGCU bestows upon a graduating senior student-athlete … earned a full scholarship to the Ph.D. program at the University of Florida … earned All-Conference status after picking up first-place finishes in both the 100 and 200 back and the 200 IM relay … held the CCSA top time in the 100 and 200 backstroke this season … earned a 12th-place finish at the All-Florida Invite (Oct. 1) in the 100 back and 200 back with times of 1:02.04 and 2:10.73, respectively … grabbed a pair of wins in the 100 (59.84) and 200 back (2:06.62) against FAU (Oct.9) … took second in the 100 back, touching the wall at 59.80 against FIU (Oct. 29) … placed eighth in the ‘B’ final of the 200 back at the Georgia Tech Invite (Nov. 19) with a time of 2:02.76 … won the 200 back against Liberty, Georgia Southern and Radford (Jan. 8), going 2:06.37 … had an NCAA ‘B’ cut time in the 200 back with a time of 1:58.90 at the CCSA Championship (Feb. 19) … posted a 56.00 at the league meet as well in the 100 back for the gold medal … posted the second-fastest time (1:58.90) in conference history in the 200 back this season.
As A Junior (2009-10)
Opened the season as part of the medley relay team that finished third against in the Georgia Tech Quad Meet (Oct. 3) … took second on the same team at FIU (Oct. 24) … dominated UNF (Jan. 11) taking first in the 100 back, 200 back and as part of the 200 medley team … grabbed third place in the ‘A’ 200 back final at the Miami Invite (Dec. 5) … touched in first in the 200 back four seconds faster than the rest of the field at the Georgia Southern Quad Meet (Jan. 16) … helped the 200 medley team take first against FIU (Jan. 23) … finished second in the 100 back (56.41) and 200 back (2:00.75) at the CCSA Championship ... swam the opening leg of the 200 medley relay team that finished third at the CCSA's in 1:44.76.
As A Sophomore (2008-09)
Swam the opening leg of the 200-yard medley relay as part of a team that finished first and also set a CCSA record (1:44.06) at the CCSA Championships ... also at the CCSA's, established a new school record while finishing second in the 100-yard backstroke (55.79), and set a CCSA record in the 200-yard backstroke (1:58.33).
As A Freshman (2007-08)
Earned Rookie of the Year honors at the league meet ... became the Eagle’s top performer in the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke as well as the 200-yard IM … earned the first-ever FGCU CCSA Swimmer of the Week award for her performance against University of Tampa … her first place finish in the 200-yard backstroke at the CCSA Championship with a time of 2:00.69 earned an NCAA Provisional Time (B-Cut) … took first place with a time of 57.06 in the 100-yard backstroke and a 2:07.45 in the 200-yard IM …
Attended Polhemskolah High School in Lund, Sweden … in the summer of 2007, finished third in the 100 and 200 backstroke at the Swedish championship … qualified for the finals on the Swedish Championship in the 100 and 200 backstroke.
