As A Sophomore (2011-12)
Earned CCSA All-Conference honors after being a part of a pair of first place finishes in the 200-medley and 400-medley relay team at the 2012 CCSA Championship … Also was a part of a pair of second place finishes in the 200-free and 400-free relay team at the 2012 CCSA Championship … Took seventh in the 50 free with a career-best time of 23.57 in the CCSA Championship … second on the team in the 50 free and the 100 free … Has contributed to the team in seven different events this season (50 free, 100 free, 50 breast, 50 back, 100 back, 50 fly, 100 fly).

As A Freshman (2010-11)
Earned CCSA All-Conference status after finishing third in the 100 free at the league meet … owns the second fastest time in program history in the 50 free, the fourth fastest in the 100 free and fifth in the 100 fly … was part of the second-place 200 and 400 free relay team and the first-place 200 medley relay team at the CCSA championship (Feb. 17) … finished fourth in the 50 free with a time of 23.67 at the championship as well.

Personal
Daughter of Satu and Jari Tanninen … dad made the 1980 Olympic swim team for Finland and swam under Don Talbot for 10 years in Thunder Bay, Ontario … has a brother, Chris (22) … her dad was her coach … plans to major in communications and a minor in marketing and advertising.
