- Priority 3 seating is General Admission.
- Faculty/Staff and FGCU Students must present valid Eagle ID.
- Alumni Association must present valid Discount Card.
- Children 2 and under are admitted free but must not occupy an adult seat in the arena due to reserved seating.
- In the event of a doubleheader when both the women's and men's basketball teams compete, one ticket is good for both events. The arena will not be cleared at the conclusion of the first game.
- Please also note that in the case of a doubleheader, season tickets will be honored for their respective sport. Therefore men’s basketball season tickets will take precedence during the men’s game; and women’s basketball season tickets will take precedence during the women’s game.
BASKETBALL GROUP TICKET DISCOUNTS
The FGCU Ticket Office offers discounts for groups of 20 or more and 50 and more. Seats are located in priority level 3, which is genral admission seating. Ticket prices are $7 each for groups of 20 or more and $5 each for groups of 50 or more. Please contact the Ticket Office for more information on group sales.

- Baseball, soccer and softball tickets are sold AT THE EVENT (not at the ticket office) unless purchased in advance.
- In the event that an outdoor sporting event is postponed due to inclement weather, please keep your ticket stub. Your ticket stub will be used for admittance to the make-up game. Refunds will only be processed through the Alico Arena Box Office if the postponed game is not re-scheduled. Please visit the Alico Arena Box Office Monday through Friday 9am-5pm to request a refund in the event that the game is not re-scheduled. You will need to provide a valid ticket stub in order for your money to be refunded.
