FORT MYERS, Fla. - After more than 10 days off the FGCU volleyball team returns to action Thursday night when they will host the Bears of Mercer Thursday at 7 p.m.

The Bears (4-12, 2-6 A-Sun) come into Thursday's showdown with the Eagles (7-7, 6-2 A-Sun) having lost seven of their last nine matches.

Last season, FGCU swept the season series against Mercer, defeating the Bears 3-1 in Macon, Ga. and 3-2 at home. The Eagles have won their last three matches over Mercer.
