FORT MYERS, Fla. - The FGCU volleyball team looks to stay undefeated in conference play this weekend when they travel north to face Campbell, ETSU and USC Upstate.

The Eagles will start their three-match road trip on Friday with a 7 p.m. match against Campbell. On Saturday, FGCU will face East Tennessee State at 3 p.m. before wrapping up the roadtrip against USC Upstate at 7 p.m. on Monday.

The Eagles are led by Jelena Simic. The 5-10 junior outside hitter had a team-high 11 kills in FGCU’s win at Stetson on Tuesday. She currently leads the team in kills (80) and kills per set (3.48) while hitting .225. Behind Simic, the Eagles hit .313 as a team against league rival Stetson earlier in the week.

FGCU takes on Campbell in the first match of the road trip. The Camels are currently 5-3 overall and 0-1 at home this year. They are currently on a two-match losing streak after falling to VCU and Virginia last weekend. As a team, they are fourth in the Atlantic Sun in hitting percentage at .201. Earlier this season, they knocked off ACC foe NC State in three games on the road.

ETSU is currently 2-5 overall and 1-0 in conference on the year. The Bucs host Stetson before facing FGCU on Saturday. ETSU's Alysa Long is second in the Atlantic Sun in hitting percentage at .363.

The Spartans of USC Upstate are currently 3-5 overall (0-1 A-Sun). Upstate will play host to Mercer and Kennesaw State this weekend before welcoming FGCU to the Hodge Center.
