Hutchinson CC: Transferred to FGCU from Hutchinson Community College where she was a 2nd team All-American as a freshman…Also named 1st team All-Region and 1st team All-Conference during the 2004 season…Set a school-record for assists during a season with 1608 and also posted the third most aces with 101.

Personal: Born in Recife, Brazil…Daughter of Maria Dantas…Lists Fernanda Venturini, a Brazilian setter, as favorite athlete…Learning a different language is her biggest accomplishment…Majoring in Resort and Hospitality Management…Chose FGCU because of the beautiful campus, wonderful teammates and the coaching staff.
