FORT MYERS, Fla. - The Florida Gulf Coast University women's golf team will hold open tryouts to fill roster spots for the upcoming 2009 season. The tryouts will be held at The Colony Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs (4101 Pelican Colony Boulevard, Bonita Springs, FL 34134) on September 11th at 1:00 p.m. Student interested in trying out should completely fill out the Tryout Packet and email it to the FGCU Women’s Golf Coach, Brittany Bertilson (bbertilson@fgcu.edu) by September 10th.

Eligibility
Tryouts are open ONLY to FGCU students that are enrolled in a full-time course of study during the fall term. Please provide a copy of your course schedule along with the Tryout Packet.

Potential student-athletes need to provide the following to Head Coach Brittany Bertilson no later than September 10th if they want to try out:
• Proof of Medical Insurance (Tryout Waiver Form)
• Proof of Physical Examination (Potential student-athletes may arrange this with their personal physician or by appointment with the Wellness Center)
• Signed Liability Waiver Form (Tryout Waiver Form)

Equipment
Potential student-athletes must be properly equipped on Sept. 11th to participate in the tryout.
