FORT MYERS, Fla. – The FGCU women's soccer 2010 season opener against Barry University has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the Fort Myers area. A makeup date has not been scheduled.

Thunder and lightning appeared in the area at 5:30 p.m. and failed to leave. FGCU’s season opener will now be on Thursday, Aug. 26 at 7 p.m. against FIU at THE FGCU Soccer Complex.
