FGCU Women's Tennis Falls to Seton Hall

FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Seton Hall women’s tennis team defeated Florida Gulf Coast University 8-1 on Thursday afternoon at the FGCU Tennis Complex.
Seton Hall (5-3) won all three doubles matches and five of the six singles matches for the victory. FGCU drops to 2-5.
Freshman Maria Maggiorini (Buenes Aires, Argentina) was the lone winner for the Eagles, picking up a tough 6-1, 4-6, 10-4 win at No. 1 singles.
FGCU hosts Lewis University on Friday afternoon at the FGCU Tennis Complex.
